Return Policy

MatchDay Magic offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

Damages & Issues If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at matchday.magichelp@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items Customized jerseys and final sale items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

Exchanges & Refunds If you need a different size or a replacement, we offer exchanges. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
